Chandler's Brett Hundley returns to Arizona

Former Chandler High School standout Brett Hundley has signed a one-year contract to play for the hometown Arizona Cardinals.

Brett Hundley was a standout quarterback at Chandler High School. After graduating, he would move on to enjoy a stellar career in college at UCLA.

His next step? The NFL!

Hundley was selected in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL draft by the Green Bay Packers. He spent three years in Green Bay as Aaron Rodgers’s back-up.

He was traded to Seattle last season, where he served as Russell Wilson’s back-up.

Hundley, experiencing free agency for the first time in his NFL career, got an offer he couldn’t refuse—an opportunity to come back home and play for the hometown Arizona Cardinals.

I visited with Brett to get his reaction to playing for a Cardinals organization he grew up watching.
