I’ll be honest, I feel very fortunate that I did not grow up in the digital age with social media and cell phones.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m as glued to my cell phone as anyone else. It’s just that the bullies that I dealt with and the pressure I felt as a kid doesn’t compare to what our young generation deals with today.

The pressure to be accepted, liked, the pressure to succeed. And the trolls, those unseen voices that taunt our kids to do harmful things—sometimes things that turn deadly.

Did you know that suicide is the second leading cause of death for kids ages 10 and up? It’s true, and I am just sick about it.
