Lunch doesn't have to be boring or unhealthy as kids head back to school. KPRC's Haley Hernandez reports.

(KPRC) Who says school lunches have to be boring?

Registered dietitian, Kristi King, from Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital, says the goal for back-to-school lunches is each should contain a protein, fruit, vegetables and grains.
