September also brings the official start of fall on the 22nd and more pumpkin spice, a continuation of the early seasonal change that began in late August.

It's the first day of the eight-week Olive Garden's Never Ending Pasta Bowl promotion, which runs through Nov. 18.
Two fall freebies that started Saturday continue – Wendy's free salad deal goes through Oct. 7 and Bruegger's Bagels free coffee special continues through National Coffee Day, which is Saturday.

Sept. 25: National Lobster Day freebie
It's only fitting that Red Lobster would have a deal for this made-up holiday.
For National Lobster Day Tuesday, at participating Red Lobster restaurants get a free Lobster and Langostino Pizza with the purchase of two adult entrees. This dine-in deal is available while supplies last.
Prices for the pizza appetizer vary but at many locations is around $12.49.
Red Lobster's Endless Shrimp promotion is also going on for a limited time.
With the restaurant's app-based loyalty program, My Red Lobster Rewards, earn rewards, place to-go orders and put your name on your local restaurant's wait list. The app is available for Apple and Android devices.
Looking for other National Lobster Day deals? Local seafood restaurants might run specials Tuesday. One of the easiest ways to find offers is by checking social media.
Sept. 25: Omaha Steaks $1 pet treats
This deal is for the dogs. On Sept. 25, Omaha Steaks stores will have $1 pet treats including the Original Beef Dog Biscuits, T-Bone Chews and Smoked Pig Ear Strips.
Sept. 26: Checkers and Rally's one-day deal
Starting at midnight and through the close of business Wednesday, participating Checkers and Rally's restaurants will sell All American Cheeseburgers for 69 cents each.
Sept. 27: Starbucks Happy Hour returns
Starbucks brings back its Happy Hour on Thursday. Starting at 3 p.m., buy any grande or larger handcrafted espresso beverage or Frappuccinoo and get a second one free. This deal will be loaded to Starbucks Rewards members accounts and non-members can sign up for a code at https://happyhour.starbucks.com.
Sept. 28: National Drink Beer Day
Three weeks after National Beer Lover's Day, it's time for another day to celebrate beer.
Sept. 29: National Coffee Day
These caffeinated deals are percolating and many more are expected.
Atlas Coffee Club: On Sept. 28-29, get a free 12-ounce bag of premium single origin coffee with any subscription to the travel-themed coffee of the month club with promo code ATLASCOFFEEDAY18. Limit one per household.
Barnes & Noble: All Barnes & Noble Cafes will offer a free cup of tall hot or iced coffee all day Sept. 29.
Bruegger’s Bagels: This National Coffee Day special starts on the first day of fall, Sept. 22, and runs through Sept. 29. Members of Bruegger’s Inner Circle rewards program can get a free coffee. Sign up at www.brueggers.com.
car2go: This National Coffee Day deal is a day early. On Friday, Sept. 28, the car-sharing service is partnering with select coffee shops in major metropolitan cities including Austin, Chicago, Denver, New York City, Portland, Seattle and Washington D.C. to offer a free drink when car2go members show baristas their app, while supplies last. Cinnabon: Get a free 12-ounce coffee at participating locations Sept. 29. No purchase necessary.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf: At participating locations, get a free regular coffee with the purchase of a food or bakery item Sept. 29.
Corner Bakery Café: It’s a two-day deal at the fast-casual chain. All locations will offer a free any size hand-roasted coffee or cold brew (where available) with any purchase on Sept. 28 and Sept. 29.
Cumberland Farms: Text FREECOFFEE to 64827 to receive a coupon for a free iced or hot coffee, any size, to redeem on Sept. 29 at participating locations.
Drinkfinity: From Sept. 28 through Oct. 1, get Drinkfinity’s Americano Starter Kit for $16.50, 50 percent off the regular price with promo code COFFEE. The landing page for the deal will be at www.drinkfinity.com/coffeeday.
Dunkin’ Donuts: At participating restaurants nationwide, buy a hot coffee and get a second cup for free Sept. 29.
FORTO: For a limited time with the Ibotta smartphone app, get a free 2-ounce single coffee shot at Walmart after rebate. This offer is for Ibotta users who have not redeemed the FORTO rebate before, however, those users might be able to earn 50 cents back for each shot, up to five.
Krispy Kreme: For one week only starting Sept. 24, the chain will have a special “Original Glazed Coffee.” Then on Sept. 29 at participating locations get a free cup of coffee, any size, with no purchase necessary. Krispy Kreme Rewards members also get a free doughnut on the made-up holiday.
LaMar’s Donuts & Coffee: Buy a 16-ounce LaMar’s reusable travel mug for $1.19 Saturday and get it filled with coffee for free. The mugs will be available while supplies last.
McCafé Frappé: McDonald's bottled McCafé Frappé drinks are sold in participating retailers nationwide. And for National Coffee Day, three retailers will have a deal. At Dollar General, get a digital coupon for a $1 off of a bottle. At Kroger, the bottle will be on sale two for $3 and at Target the drinks will be on sale for $2 each.
Neuro Coffee: Here are two different deals running from 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. ET Sept. 29 at www.getneurocoffee.com: With promo code COFFEEDAY, get 60 percent off the first month of the Roaster’s Club monthly subscription. Or use code FREECOFFEE for a buy-one-get-one free deal on ground beans or K-Cups.
Peet’s Coffee: The chain will have an in-store and online offer. Get 25 percent off on one pound of beans and a free drip coffee or tea at participating Peet’s coffeebars. For online purchases at www.peets.com, get 25 percent off all regular, non-subscription, one pound bean purchases with promo code COFFEEDAY18.
PJ’s Coffee: In addition to National Coffee Day, the chain is celebrating its 40th anniversary Sept. 29 and giving away free 12-ounce cups of Ruby Roast light roast hot coffee.
QuickChek: First-time users of the chain’s mobile app, get a free hot or iced coffee on Sept. 29.
Scooter’s Coffee: Get a free brewed coffee, any size on Sept. 29. No coupon is needed.
Sprinkles Cupcakes: Buy a cupcake Saturday and get a free can of High Brew Coffee.
Wawa: Members of Wawa Rewards can get a free cup of coffee Sept. 29 with a special one-day offer loaded to their accounts. Also, for a limited time, get any size coffee for $1, except at Florida locations.
Applebee’s: The September Neighborhood Drink of the Month is the $2 Samuel Adams OctoberFest.
Baskin-Robbins: Small Cappuccino Blasts are $2.99 in September and October.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill: Through Sept. 30, get a free order of lasagne when you dine in and order select signature dishes, including Chicken Bryan, Chicken Marsala or Pollo Rosa Maria.
Chili’s: The chain’s $5 margarita special for September is the Crown Apple Crisp, which is made with Jose Cuervo tequila, Crown Royal Regal Apple Whiskey, Cranberry Juice and Fresh Sour. The drink is available through Sept. 30.
Dairy Queen: For a limited time, download the Dairy Queen app and register for an account and get a free small Blizzard treat at participating locations. Limit one offer per person per visit. Not valid in Texas. There also are weekly exclusives through the app.
Jersey Mike’s: Through Sept. 30, get 10 percent online orders with promo code SUBABOVE10 at www.jerseymikes.com/order. By placing an order, also be entered in the chain’s annual A Sub Above College Football Tailgate Sweepstakes.
Jimboy's Tacos: Through Sept. 30, first responders get a free Original Ground Beef Taco or Bean Taco when they present their employee ID at participating California and Nevada locations for the chain’s new Taco for a Hero campaign. The offer is for firefighters, police, EMTs and active military personnel.
Olive Garden: The Never Ending Pasta Bowl promotion begins Sept. 24 and runs through Nov. 18. The pasta bowl starts at $10.99. During the eight-week deal, 23,000 people will be whipping out a Never Ending Pasta Pass and eating all-they-can-eat and another 1,000 people bought annual passes. The passes sold out in less than a second.
On The Border: Through Oct. 1, get chicken tinga and seasoned ground beef tacos are $2 and brisket and southwest chicken tacos are $4 at participating locations.
Panda Express: Through Oct. 31, get $3 off any online order $5 or more with the code "HONEYISBACK."
Wendy's: This deal lasts through Sept. 30. Get a free Dave's Single with any Wendy’s purchase with an offer on the mobile app, which is available for Apple and Android devices. This offer will refresh daily. Also, through Oct. 7, get a free half-size Harvest Chicken Salad with the Wendy's app and a purchase. One offer per customer per day. Registration in app is required.
