CHANDLER, Ariz. - With approximately 35 pieces of equipment and more than 25,000 train treasures, the Arizona Railway Museum is a train-lovers dream!

Volunteers with the Arizona Railway Museum have been collecting and restoring historic trains since the early 1980s. It’s now the largest collection of its kind in Arizona with the oldest pieces of equipment.

The Arizona Railway Museum is a non-profit and is completely run by volunteers and funded solely from membership dues and visitors’ donations.

The museum is now closed for the hot summer months but will be open every weekend from September through May.
