SURPRISE, Ariz. - Just before noon on Nov. 13, David Loera, of Surprise, walked into a Safeway and approached a U.S. Bank teller with a note demanding money, Surprise PD says.
The suspect information at the time of the robbery described the perpetrator as a man with a mustache and beard, wearing sunglasses, a black Oakland Raiders sweatshirt, who fled in a silver or tan Dodge Nitro.
Thursday, Surprise PD took Loera into custody after he was identified as the suspect. Loera has been booked on one count of robbery.
