Scottsdale PD releases Richie Incognito body cam video

According to Scottsdale police, Incognito was incoherent and at one point asked to have his deceased father's head cut off for "research purposes."

The Scottsdale Police Department has released body camera footage of the arrest of former NFL lineman Richie Incognito at a funeral home last month.

He was arrested last month during a disorderly conduct call at Messigner's Mortuary in North Scottsdale. Court documents said he reportedly damaged property in the business and threatened to shoot employees at the mortuary.

According to Scottsdale police, Incognito was incoherent and at one point asked to have his deceased father's head cut off for "research purposes."

Staff at the mortuary also said Incognito "chest-bumped" an employee at one point, then told an employee that he had guns in this truck.

Incognito spent over a decade playing for a few different teams in the NFL and has been no stranger to controversy. He announced his retirement earlier this offseason, but was removed from the Buffalo Bills' retirement list, signaling a potential comeback attempt.

He faces charges of disorderly conduct and making threats.
