Phoenix City Council to hold public meetings prior to voting on Suns deal

The city council is expected to vote on the deal Jan. 23 after moving to delay the vote earlier this month.

The Phoenix City Council has announced five dates for public meetings to discuss the proposed $230 million deal to keep the Suns at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in downtown.

The city council is expected to vote on the deal Jan. 23 after moving to delay the vote earlier this month.

The five public meetings, which will serve as a way to inform the public about the proposed arena agreement and allow them to submit feedback and questions, will take place before Jan. 23.
