PHOENIX — Well, here we go again.

There are storms started near Tucson and across the High Country that the Valley needs to keep an eye on.

National Weather Service issued a blowing dust advisory for Pinal County and the East Valley through 11 p.m. Tuesday.

The storms firing up near Tucson could cause 40 mph gusts and reduced visibility with blowing dust through tonight across the East Valley and Pinal County.

Storms up north slowly began creeping toward the Phoenix area earlier this afternoon.

The storms' severity is uncertain.

Around 6:30 p.m., NWS there was a 50/50 chance on if storms will become severe or not for Valley residents.

12 News Meteorologist Lindsay Riley predicts threats in the Valley tonight include damaging winds, flash flooding and dust.
