A crash involving a truck closed northbound I-17 early Wednesday morning after a load of nails was spilled onto the freeway.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred at the Northern Avenue on-ramp.
DPS said a truck pulling a trailer was involved along with other vehicles.
Debris and nails covered a "majority" of the lanes in the area, DPS said. Information regarding any injuries in the crash was not released.
The crash closed the northbound lanes which were reopened around 8 a.m.
