A security guard working at Mesa's Westwood High School has been arrested on suspicion of sexual conduct with a teenage girl.
The Mesa Police Dept. said Friday they arrested Aaron Lamar Wilkins, 33. Wilkins has been working at the school as a security guard and a part-time football coach.
The alleged acts took place this year with a 17-year-old girl who attends Westwood, police said in a news release.
On Thursday, Mesa police received information from school officials of possible sexual conduct between Wilkins and the alleged victim.
Detectives conducted interviews with the student and Wilkins and police said that led to a probable cause arrest.
Wilkins was booked on three counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
