PHOENIX- More victims are coming out and speaking up about a serial flasher police are looking for.

One of those victims is Chandler resident Carmen Campbell.

“I mean, everything was noticeable. He wasn’t wearing any underwear or anything,” said Campbell.

She told 12 News the older man exposed himself on Feb. 17 at the Family Dollar store located near Alma School and Warner Road.

“My brain was going, ‘Do I tell him? Do I tell him?’ Before I could even think about anything, my daughter said ‘Sir! You’re unzipped,’” Campbell said.

Silent Witness said this heavyset man flashed several women during March, and then again in June.

“The fact that we haven’t been able to identify him or contact him for an interview, is concerning,” said Sgt. Armando Carbajal with Phoenix police.

“The aisle he came down in, it was just my daughter and I. There was nobody else in that aisle, and then the guy acted surprised and then shocked. And he goes ‘Oh, OK,’” Campbell said.

With more allegations against the man in the video, Campbell is certain there may be even more alleged victims.

“We didn’t think anything more until we saw it on TV and saw the same guy and thought ‘That was not an accident,’” she said.

Investigators think the man is driving an older model red four-door sedan, and could have a missing tooth on the right side of his mouth.

Silent Witness is offering up to a $1,000 dollar reward for any information that lead to the suspect. You can contact Silent Witness with information at 480-WITNESS (948-6377) or silentwitness.org.
