The I-10 eastbound is closed between 75th and 51st avenues for the Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway interchange construction, Friday 9 p.m. until Sunday 4 a.m. Also, the I-10 eastbound on-ramps at 91st and 83rd avenues are closed. The I-10 eastbound access road between 67th and 59th avenues are closed too. Please consider alternate routes, including the Loop 101 northbound/eastbound in the West Valley. Another alternate is to use the surface streets. Commuters can exit at 75th Avenue and detour on eastbound McDowell Road or Van Buren Street and return to I-10 eastbound on 51st or 43rd avenues.

In the north valley there are a few ramp closures over the weekend. Northbound exit to Deer Valley Road from the Loop 101 ramps at the I-17 interchange are closed for City of Phoenix pavement-improvement work, Saturday and Sunday 6 a.m. until 4 p.m. (on Deer Valley Rd). The I-17 northbound on-ramp at Deer Valley Road is also closed. Expect lane restrictions along Deer Valley Road between 19th Avenue and the I-17. Drivers should consider alternate routes, including Rose Garden Lane or Pinnacle Peak Road.

A lane restriction is scheduled on Happy Valley Road west of I-17 for pavement improvement work, Saturday and Sunday 6 a.m. until 4 p.m. Expect lane restrictions on Happy Valley Road between 43rd Avenue and the roundabout on the west end of the I-17 interchange. Please consider alternate routes, including Pinnacle Peak Road.
