GILBERT, Ariz. (AP) — An employee of a Gilbert day program center is accused of inappropriately touching a developmentally disabled woman.

Gilbert police said Thursday that 40-year-old Abram Grace has been booked into jail on one count each of sexual assault and vulnerable adult abuse.

Authorities say the 31-year-old victim told a staff member at the center on Wednesday that Grace touched her inappropriately.

Programming staff then notified police and Adult Protective Services.

Police Sgt. Mark Marino says Grace was subsequently arrested.

Marino says police believe there are no other victims.
