Chandler High School was placed on lockdown after an incident in the parking lot Friday. The lockdown was lifted just before noon.
Chandler police say a person in a red Chevy tried hitting a police officer with her vehicle, drove through a fence and fled.
Police say the suspect is female.
The incident happened in the Chandler High School parking lot just after 11 a.m. Police say there was no danger to students in the school.
The suspect also hit other cars in the parking lot.
They are looking for the suspect in the nearby neighborhood after her vehicle was abandoned.
