Meet Leitrai and Toni: Inseparable siblings

The perfect forever family for Leitrai and Toni is a two-parent household with room for both siblings.

Sure, 9-year-old Leitrai can be annoying, but 11-year-old Toni still loves having him around and relishes the role of big sister.

“I read to him at bedtime when he can’t go to sleep,” she says.

And the fifth-grader, who is a regular on the honor roll, also helps her brother with his homework. Toni tutored first-grade students at a school she previously attended, so you shouldn’t be surprised that she wants to be an elementary school teacher when she grows up.

Meanwhile, Toni spends her time reading, playing flag football and devouring movies and television shows about sharks. She loves sharks.

Leitrai shares his sister’s love of Usher and SpongeBob SquarePants, but he has no idea yet of what he wants to be when he grows up. He just knows he wants another turn on the Sky Rider indoor coaster at Urban Air Ahwatukee in Phoenix where the siblings enjoyed an afternoon of adventure.

At home, Leitrai loves to build with Legos and play with his superhero action figures. He also loves to play outdoors on his skateboard.

The perfect forever family for Leitrai and Toni is a two-parent household with room for both siblings. It’s also important that the adoptive parents support Leitrai and Toni in maintaining their relationships with their other siblings.
