The Arizona Department of Public Safety responded to a call Friday afternoon and found the Pat Tillman bridge was blocked by an armored vehicle.
A man refused to get out of a large truck on US 93 near the Arizona-Nevada border.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the man crossed over into Arizona and was taken into custody.
