A woman was booked and charged Friday with the murder and disposal of her friend’s body.
Police arrested 24-year old Sabrina Slaughter around noon when she and a man were getting into a car that belonged to the victim.
Nicole Nicholson, 22, was murdered and her body was disposed in an alley Wednesday.
Slaughter and a man were getting in Nicholson’s car near 22nd and Missouri avenues, a short distance from were Nicholson’s body was found, according to police.
Slaughter was investigated, and detective determined she know Nicholson and they were friends. She admitted being involved in the murder and said she had been driving the victim’s car since Nicholson was killed, police said.
Police said the man didn’t seem to know about the crime and was not charged.
The investigation is ongoing.
