TEMPE, Ariz. — The Tempe Police Department are asking the public to help identify a man they say tried to kidnap someone early Saturday morning.
According police, the man tried to kidnap a victim near Hardy Drive and Brown Street around 3 a.m. Saturday. The victim was able to get away unharmed.
Police describe the suspect as a 20-25-year-old man, who is about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes, police say.
