Officers with the Scottsdale Police Department arrested a man Saturday for filming men in a public restroom back in April.

According to court documents, 25-year-old Ramel Mosley recorded cell phone video of men in the public restroom at the Fry's near Hayden and Scottsdale roads while he was working at the Starbucks inside the store.

Police say a man reported to police that he was in a bathroom stall on April 29 when he heard a man masturbating in the stall next to him. He told police he then saw the man slide a cell phone in between the stall and the wall with the camera aimed in his direction.

The victim told police he yelled at the man to stop filming him and followed him out of the bathroom. According to court documents, the victim pointed the man out to a security guard at the store who identified the man as Mosley, an employee at a Starbucks licensed store.

When police confronted Mosley a week later, Mosley admitted to being in the bathroom at the same time but denied filming the man in the stall next to him, according to court documents. Officers then asked to see Mosely's phone where they found several sexual photos and videos but none from April 29.

According to court documents, Mosley's phone was then seized and investigators were able to find that five videos were recorded on April 29 at the same time the victim said he was in the bathroom, but they were deleted and couldn't be recovered. Investigators also found that Mosley had made web searches for "slowing libido" and "how to stop being so horny" on April 30.

Officers confronted Mosley at his house on Nov. 10 and he admitted that he filmed the man because he was "curious," court documents say. Mosley was arrested and brought to Scottsdale jail where he told police he filmed men in the bathroom three or four times so that he could masturbate to them later.

Court documents say Mosley told police that after he was caught by the victim, he researched what he did and realized it was a crime. Mosley said he deleted the videos and then quit his job.

Mosley also wrote an apology letter to the victim where he referred to his actions as "selfish" and "disgusting," according to court documents.
