PHOENIX — From a small town to what might just be one the biggest stages in dance, an Arizona dance crew pulled out their best moves on NBC's "World of Dance."

The group of Arizona dancers, named "Exiles," impressed judges Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo, and Derek Hough enough to advance.

The "Exiles" are from Coolidge, Arizona and danced to "The Saints" a song by Christian hip hop artist Andy Mineo.

"You can drive through it [Coolidge] in about five minutes," one of the group's dancer said.

The group said they'd use the show's prize money to finish a dance studio in their home town.

"We love our community, we're always serving, we're always doing outreaches," one of the group's dancers said.

Lopez said she was impressed by the group's energy while Hough said the group showed up to perform and "shot out of a cannon." Ne-Yo said he "loved it."

The judges, however, did offer some pointers on the group's look saying it could be a little more "showtime."

"Look like a million dollars," Lopez said.

The group received an average judge score of 88 and will advance to the next round. They only needed an 85.

You can watch "World of Dance" at 7 p.m. Sundays only on 12 News.
