Chicago staple Portillo's is opening its first West Valley location in Avondale this year, according to a release from the restaurant.
The fast-casual restaurant known for its Chicago-style hot dogs and Italian beef sandwiches already has two locations in the East Valley, as well as a stand at Chase Field.
The Avondale store will be located at the Park 10 development near McDowell Road and 103rd Avenue.
“Since our first location in Arizona that opened in 2013, Portillo’s has continued to build a strong and loyal fan base across the Phoenix-area,” Portillo's CEO Michael Osanloo said in a release. “Our team is excited to expand to the modern city of Avondale and make a home in their vibrant retail scene.”
