Highest-priced home in Arizona history sells at $19.25M

PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. — A record was set in Arizona real estate. The highest-priced home just closed, setting the state record at $19.25 million, according to the realtors in a news release Monday.

The Paradise Valley home was sold to a buyer represented by realtors Walt Danley and Catherine Jacobson of Walt Danley Christie’s International Real Estate.

The home was formerly owned by Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver.

The 28,043 square-foot home has an indoor basketball court and views of Camelback Mountain.

The buyer's name was not disclosed.
