Chef Turner's BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger
Per 4
Patty-
2 lbs. Ground Beef 80-20
1/4c cooked chopped bacon bits
1/2c cheddar cheese
1tbs Worcestershire
salt n pepper or favorite blended seasoning
Mix above ingredients well- form 4 8oz patties, set aside
4 hearty hamburger buns of your choosing
8 slices thick Applewood bacon cooked and candied
1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce or home made
8 slices of Cheddar cheese
1 red onion sliced thick
Grill the 8oz patties over medium high heat to the internal temp of your choice( suggested 155f )
brushing with heavy amounts of sauce throughout. Add Cheddar allow to melt before removing to the bun topping with candied bacon, and all your favorites. Enjoy!
