Cardinals and 49ers both sloppy Thursday night

SAN FRANCISCO - The Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers are locked in a tight, NFC West showdown Thursday night.

Both teams are looking to avoid a 1-4 start.

At the half, the score is tied at seven. So far, both teams have combined for 12 punts and Arizona only has 118 yards of offense.

It hasn't been pretty.

Drew Stanton connected with Larry Fitzgerald on a 21-yard touchdown pass for Arizona's only score. The scoring play came after Calais Campbell intercepted Blaine Gabbert, giving Arizona a short field.
