Valley trampoline parks: Bounce to beat the heat

Trampoline parks around the Valley offer different indoor activities every night of the week.

PHOENIX- Jumping on a trampoline is fun, of course when it's 100-plus degrees outside, that pounding sun will take the fun out of that immediately. Luckily, Arizonans have put the trampolines in a controlled environment, and there are a couple different places for us to bounce around.

In Mesa, off of Greenfield and McDowell roads, you will find Krazy Air equipped with foam pits and basketball hoops. In Peoria, near the 101 and Cactus Road, you'll find Sky Zone. There's JumpStreet in Chandler off of Arizona Avenue and Chandler Road, and Altitude Trampoline Park on 40th Street and Indian School Road in Phoenix.

Because of the physical activity, every visitor needs to sign a waiver, and special re-usable socks with a grip material on the bottom are needed to jump. You get access to jump for a certain amount of time, and it's all done under a cold A/C.

Parents will appreciate that there are designated areas for kids under the age of 6. These areas are fun and safe, without the risk of the older, more adventurous, kids bouncing around them.

It is important to keep in mind that rules must be followed at any of the parks in order to enjoy an injury-free fun experience.
