Police identify suspects in Union Hills homicide

Man scene here is wanted by police in connection to a deadly shooting.

PHOENIX - Phoenix police say they are looking for 19-year-old Derrick Goode and 31-year-old Robert Walls in connection to a shooting death in September.

According to police, officers responded to a shooting call at 4300 W. Union Hills Avenue shortly after 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 29.

A man had been shot. He was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries where he later died.

Police say officers located the victim's vehicle and found drugs inside.

Witnesses directed officers to a nearby apartment complex where they believed the suspects had fled. The suspects were not located at that time, according to police.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Goode and Wall is urged to contact the Phoenix Police Department or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS (948-6377).
