Missing Mesa mom, baby have been found

Police are searching for a missing Mesa mother and her child. They were last seen Sunday evening at their home.

MESA, Ariz. -  A woman and a baby who were last seen Sunday have been found safe, their family said Monday afternoon.

According to police, 29-year-old Deanna Delgado and her 7-month-old daughter, Gracie, were dropped off at their home near Southern and Horne avenues around 6 p.m. on June 4.

Police said Delgado sent a message to her boyfriend saying she had Gracie and their stroller. She hadn't been seen or heard from since.

Police also confirmed that the mother and baby have been located.

Delgado has black hair and brown eyes, and she's described as being 5-foot-6 and 130 pounds. Gracie also has black hair and brown eyes.
