FBI looking for Phoenix bank robbery suspects

The FBI is looking for two men suspected of robbing a Desert Schools Federal Credit Union Friday, Nov. 24, 2017.

PHOENIX - The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force is asking for help finding two men suspected of robbing Desert Schools Federal Credit Union near 7th Street and Thunderbird Road Friday.

The suspects, who were caught on surveillance video, are described as two men of average build between 5-foot-8 and 6 feet tall. The suspects were wearing hooded sweatshirts and bandanas.

The FBI said during the robbery, the suspects threatened bank employees and customers with hand guns and demanded money from the bank staff. Police said at least one shot was fired during the robbery.

None of the bank employees or customers were injured.

The FBI said the suspects took off with an undisclosed amount of money.

They are considered armed and dangerous.
