Early voting starts in Maricopa County

Nightmares from last election brings voters to the polls early.

PHOENIX - Early voting begins Wednesday at 16 locations in Maricopa County. 

On Wednesday, Oct. 18, the number of voting locations will increase to 25. 

The Maricopa County Recorder's Office said not as many people take advantage of the process. 

Voters need a driver's license and can go to any of the locations. On election day (Tuesday, Nov. 8), voters must go to their specific precinct locations. 

For a list of times and early voting polling places in Maricopa County, visit maricopa.vote. Most locations open at 8 a.m.
