2 minors identified in Maricopa threat; no charges to come

MARICOPA, Ariz. - Police announced Thursday that they had identified two minors they say admitted to making a threat on a Maricopa school.

Police said the minors had come forward after seeing a social media post about the threat from the police department.

An investigation led police to believe that the two had no means to carry out their threats.

No charges will be filed, police said.
