2 displaced after Phoenix mobile home fire

Phoenix fire fighters extinguished a mobile that was fully engulfed near Central Avenue and Union Hills Drive.

PHOENIX - Firefighters extinguished a fully involved mobile home fire near Central Avenue and Union Hills Drive Thursday night, preventing it from spreading to nearby homes.

Fire crews said they found flames and smoke from nearly every window and door in the home when they arrived. Crews said the fire was beginning to heat the eaves of the mobile homes on either side.

No occupants were home at the time of the fire, according to firefighters.

Investigators are beginning to look into the fire's cause.

No firefighters were injured during the incident, according to the Phoenix Fire Department. 

Firefighters said a total of two people will be displaced from the fire.
