18-year-old hurt falling 75 to 100 feet on Camelback Mountain

PHOENIX - Crews rescued an 18-year-old hiker who fell 75 to 100 feet on Camelback Mountain Sunday.

The man was hiking off-trail with his 14-year-old sister, according to firefighters. 

Crews said the hiker and all those with him were rescued with the Phoenix Fire Department's helicopter.

The hiker suffered a serious injury from the fall, crews said.
