Pima County chief deputy resigns after indictment on misuse of funds

PIMA COUNTY, Ariz. - According to a release from the Pima County Sheriff's Department, its chief deputy has resigned after being indicted for the "misuse of RICO funds."

Sheriff Chris Nanos sent out a release informing media outlets of Chris Radtke's resignation around 10 p.m. Monday.

The release said that with regard to RICO money, the department has an outside agency review expenditures.

No further details on Radtke's offense were given.
