1 child dead, 2 children injured in rollover crash west of Tonopah, DPS says

One child has died and two people were seriously injured in a rollover crash on eastbound I-10 near milepost 68 in Tonopah, according to the Department of Public Safety.

TONOPAH, Ariz. - The Arizona Department of Public Safety said a child has died after a rollover crash on the eastbound I-10 near milepost 68 Tuesday morning.

A total of seven people were in a vehicle that crashed. According to DPS, the vehicle rolled over and four people, including three children, were injured.

DPS said an adult female and two children had minor injuries while another child had more serious injuries. That child was later pronounced dead. 

The cause of the crash is not known at this time.
