Man accused of exposing self to kids at Phoenix school

Police arrested Jaron Dane Judkins for allegedly performing a sex act in front of kids at an elementary school.

PHOENIX - An electrician was arrested last week, accused of exposing himself to two children at a Phoenix elementary and middle school.

Two children told their mother, an employee at Imagine Desert West, that Jaron Judkins, 35, had exposed himself to them in a hallway at the school.

Judkins is employed by a subcontractor and is not a school employee.

The children, ages 9 and 12, were there while their mother worked July 6.

They told their older brother, who is 14, told their mother, who checked surveillance footage and confirmed that the man had been masturbating in front of the children, according to police. The tape was turned over to police.

Judkins is a registered sex offender, per police paperwork.

Police arrested him the day after the incident at his Mesa home. In a police interview, he denied the allegations.

He faces four counts of public sexual indecency.

A district spokesperson said the school is providing support for the children.
