ASU offensive coordinator Billy Napier may be headed to Louisiana-Lafayette for a head coaching position.
According to Sun Devil Source, Napier was offered a deal that would pay him close to $1 million.
He recently signed a two-year extension with the Sun Devils, which included a promotion to associate head coach under Herm Edwards.
Napier is scheduled to speak to the media today.
While the Sun Devils had planned to retain all their assistant coaches under new head coach Herm Edwards, Napier would be the second coach to announce he's leave ASU football in less than a week.
Defensive coordinator Phil Bennett announced Monday he would not be returning to the team for personal reasons.
Edwards was hired earlier this month to replace Todd Graham.
