The Arizona Cardinals lost to the Los Angeles Rams in London in embarrassing fashion, getting shut out 33-0. They lost even more during the game.

Starting quarterback Carson Palmer left the game in the first half with an arm injury and did not return.

It is the worst-case scenario. He suffered a broken left arm. He will need surgery and his season could be over.

The injury is the latest big blow to the team. They lost running back David Johnson when he needed surgery on a dislocated wrist. Guard Mike Iupati needed surgery to remove a bone spur. His season is likely over.

Now the Cardinals will need to regroup and have the bye week to do so.

Arians did not say whether Palmer would be land on injured reserve or not.
