PHOENIX - Phoenix firefighters responded to Sky Harbor Airport Thursday for reports of smoke coming from the roof of Terminal 4.
When initial crews arrived on scene of the A3 gate, they reported light smoke on the roof.
The call was balanced as a first-alarm fire as a precaution.
According to the fire department, the source of the smoke was a wood burning stove in Blanco Tacos.
The restaurant in the lower A gates was closed while the situation was resolved.
Crews used fans to clear the smoke from the ventilation chimney.
No flights were impacted from the incident.
