The desert southwest’s largest rose garden is in bloom in Mesa!

The Rose Garden at Mesa Community College is the home of nearly 9,000 rose bushes.

From its vibrant colors, shapes and sizes to its educational and economic enterprises, the Rose Garden at Mesa Community College is a gem in the desert and a centerpiece in the community.

Springtime is the perfect time to tour the Rose Garden to see it in full bloom.

Visitors from all over come to see the beauty of the nation’s national flower and students of all ages also use the garden as a botanical laboratory and for studies.

The now nearly 9,000 rose bush garden was made possible by the partnership between Mesa-East Valley Rose Society and Mesa Community College. It’s the largest public rose garden in the desert southwest and is the only significant rose garden started since 1974.

The Mesa landmark is open 24/7 so you can enjoy it any day or time. There are signs posted throughout the garden with information on the pretty plants.
