Hot Butterbeer

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup Butterscotch chips

1/4 cup heavy cream

12 oz cream soda

Whipped cream for topping

Directions:

In a microwave safe bowl, heat butter and butterscotch at :30 second intervals until melted.

Heat cream soda ifor 45 seconds. Add heavy cream and hot cream soda to butter mixture. Mix with emulsion blender

or small mini-prep. Pour and top with whipped cream.
