Motherhood is equal to working more than 2 full-time jobs, study says

The study found the average mom starts the day at 6:23 a.m. and clocks out at 8:31 p.m. for a 14-hour shift seven days a week.

Although it can be quite rewarding, let's face it: Motherhood is a tough gig.

There are few lunch breaks (if ever), almost never any "me" time and the pay, let's not even go there. People say being a mom is a full-time job, but according to a new study, it's a little more than that.

Juice company Welch's surveyed 2,000 American moms looking into real experience and pressures faced by these moms on a daily basis.

The study found the average mom starts the day at 6:23 a.m. and clocks out at 8:31 p.m. for a 14-hour shift seven days a week.

Meaning, motherhood is actually the equivalent of working two and a half full-time jobs.

But it's not like we needed another reason to think moms are awesome. That's just a fact.
