Chicken Florentine Crepe

RECIPES 
 
5 ounce crepe
4 ounces of chicken
2 ounces of mozzarella
2 ounces of spinach
2 ounces of sautéed mushrooms
0.5 ounces of Bechamel
Dash of Thyme to taste 
Salt and Pepper to taste 
 
DIRECTIONS:
Spin Crepe
Fold and flip crepe
Add mozzarella
Add béchamel sauce
Sprinkle thyme, salt and pepper
Add spinach
Add chicken
Add mushrooms
Fold
Garnish with parsley flakes
 
Process time: 5 minutes 
Enjoy!
