The western half of the country is experiencing temperatures well below average. We'll remain 10-15 degrees below average through Saturday.
A weak disturbance will kick up the winds on Thursday. Gusts could reach 35 mph across the High Country Thursday afternoon and 20 mph across the Valley. Blowing dust could reduce visibility outside of Phoenix.
We'll have another system that will bring another round of rain and snow to the state Thursday into Friday. The snow line will be from 4,000 feet and up with some additional light accumulation possible.
Across the Valley, we're looking at a 10-percent chance for a shower on Friday, but it will stay dry for the most part. We return to the 70s by Monday with some additional rain chances by the middle of next week.
