Blaine Gabbert will get his first regular season start as an Arizona Cardinals quarterback on Sunday.

Bruce Arians officially named Gabbert the starting quarterback against the Houston Texans during a news conference Friday.

Both teams are entering Sunday's game with losing records and both have lost their starting quarterbacks.

Gabbert will be the third quarterback to start for the Cardinals this season after backup Drew Stanton suffered a knee injury in the Thursday Night Football game against the Seattle Seahawks.
