The top four of the College Football Playoff committee and the latest USA TODAY Sports bowl projections look exactly the same headed into the final weekend.
Alabama, Ohio State, Clemson and Washington should comprise the field of four teams unless there is an upset Saturday. Should the Tigers or Huskies lose their conference championship games, it could open the door for Penn State or Wisconsin from the Big Ten or Colorado from the Pac-12.
Regardless of the results, the Big Ten is in line to receive four spots in the six major bowls. Florida State has moved up to take the Orange Bowl berth from Louisville. Auburn is in line to be the SEC's representative in the Sugar Bowl.
Reminder: Some conferences may not fulfill their allotment. Asterisks denote a replacement pick. Eastern Michigan and Old Dominion have accepted their bowl bids.
