Arizona Wildcats visit 'scenic' Idaho for NCAA Tournament

Arizona Wildcats fans will be out in full force at a tailgate ahead of the team's matchup on Thursday.

The Arizona Wildcats have arrived in ‘scenic’ Idaho (yes, it seriously says that everyone’s license plate). Boise is the site for their first round matchup in the NCAA Tournament.

Just one problem, I think the city forgot the NCAA Tournament was in town. There are more signs for the upcoming Treefort Music Fest than March Madness.

I did a walk around downtown on Tuesday and found a number of interesting things.

When you come to Boise, you have to check out the WORLD famous blue turf at Albertson Stadium. I got a behind the scenes tour of the stadium and Boise Sports Hall of Fame.

Come Thursday night, get ready to see plenty of red.

Arizona Wildcats fans always travel for March Madness.

In fact, the UA Alumni Association is holding a pregame party before the team's game Thursday versus Buffalo in Boise. The party will take place at ‘The Tailgate’ and it’s open to all Arizona alumni, family, fans and friends!

The Wildcats hit the court inside the Taco Bell Arena for the first time on Wednesday for practice, but one player had no idea where Boise was located.

Fourth seed Arizona will play 13th seed Buffalo on Thursday. Tip off is at 6:40 p.m.
