The first ice bar in Arizona has arrived and just in time for the triple-digit weather.

12 News did a Facebook Live tour of the Polar Play Ice Bar in the same building as Odysea Aquarium and it definitely felt a tad chilly.

The room felt a bit under 25 degrees, yes, we had parkas on, but it was such a dramatic drop that we felt the chills going down our spines.

About 100 people will be able to enter the ice bar for an hour at a time.

It's kid-friendly with a menu variety in kid slushies and adult drinks.

The bar is located near Loop 101 off the Via de Ventura exit.

For now, the bar will close every day at 7 p.m., but the owners hope to eventually close at midnight.

The grand opening is Saturday, May 20 at 10 a.m.

It's $15 for adults and $10 for children.
