PHOENIX - Two men were found dead Monday night in a parking lot near Indian School Road and 16th Street, according to police.
Authorities say officers found one of the men inside a black vehicle and the other man outside of the vehicle.
Both men had apparent gunshot injuries and were dead upon arrival, according to officials.
Police are still investigating.
