A pet rescue is asking for the safe return of a puppy that was stolen after hours from a Phoenix adoption center.
Halo Animal Rescue posted on social media that a 2-month-old puppy named Nebula was stolen from her kennel at the Metrocenter Mall adoption center overnight Friday.
The rescue says someone used bolt cutters to get through the lock and took Nebula, leaving her siblings in the kennel.
She is an American Pit Bull Terrier mix. She is microchipped and spayed.
Halo Rescue is working with police on the investigation. They're asking anyone with information to call 602-971-9222 or email info@halorescue.org.
